"La Dolce Vita was easy to find and there is a public free parking lot next door. The food was fresh and wonderful, as well as the presentation of the food made us want to actually take pictures before eating it. The service is quick, warm and friendly. The owner actually greeted us and took us to your table and opened the door as we walked out. Two dinners, two salads, once appetizer and a bottle of wine was literally under $50. With the state of the economy that we are in my wife and I had a great meal and actually had food leftover to take home for lunch the next day since the portions were so big. I kept hearing that La Dolce Vita was Buffalo's best kept secret and now I know why I kept hearing that. I just wish we had gone there before, but will be sure to go back as much as we can since the prices are so fair. We actually knew what we wanted even before we walked in as we looked at their menu first online at www.iloveladolcevita.com and read all the great reviews by the Buffalo News, Artvoice, Buffalo Spree Magazine and it got 3 out of 4 stars by Janice Okun and the Buffalo News 3 years in a row. Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you again for the great meal that Tim & I had yesterday at La Dolce Vita. The specials ( appetizers & entrees) were out of this world..We also appreciated the fact that you were able to seat us without reservations..we heard the place was pretty much booked for the night....that in itself should be testament that you are obviously doing something right!!!! Our only regret was that we had no room for dessert....I'm still keeping my eye out for that lemon cake we had before...I'd surely be certain to take that one home for later..sooo keep me posted! I also meant to tell you that I did recommend your restaurant to some co workers a week or so ago and they were also impressed with the food quality and the serving staff!!!
